Lattice is operated by Luke 12:13. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

The short version: we collect only what we need to run the service, we never sell or share your data with third parties, and you can delete your account and data at any time.

  • Account information — your name and email address when you sign up
  • Project data — content you create within Lattice, including projects, files, and tasks
  • Usage data — page views, clicks, and feature usage to understand how the product is used
  • Connection credentials — OAuth tokens for third-party integrations you choose to connect (stored encrypted)

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Lattice platform
  • To authenticate your identity and secure your account
  • To communicate with you about the service (e.g., account notifications)
  • To understand usage patterns and improve the product

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive credentials (AES-256-GCM), secure HTTPS connections, and JWT-based authentication with refresh tokens.

Third-party OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We follow the principle of least privilege when requesting permissions from connected services.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your data
