These terms govern your use of Lattice, operated by Luke 12:13. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Lattice is a platform for streamlining product management workflows. It provides AI-assisted tools for backlog triage, PRD drafting, and project organization. We may update or change features as the product evolves.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Use a strong password and don't share your login information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You own the content you create in Lattice. We don't claim ownership of your projects, files, or data. We access your content only as needed to provide the service (e.g., to run AI-assisted features you initiate).

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, though we'll make your data available for export for a reasonable period.
Lattice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform reliable and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
